                                    Stand On Paper
             On 8th November for our PPD session we had to do an interesting activity named "Stand on the paper".Madam divided us to 4 groups each having 8 members. 
Madam instructed us to do the task.The task was to stand on a sheet of newspaper. All the team members should stand on the paper. If anyone in the group keep their foot out of the paper or if the paper get tear off ,the whole team become disqualified to the next round.
            Madam given us some time to talk on strategy and plan to accomplish the task. 
                        Then the game started we couldn't manage to keep in balance on the paper for the given time period. And our paper got tear off. So we outed from the game from the first round.
   Then in the next round challenge became much harder. Because in that round the the paper should stick one another and accomplish the same task.It was really hard to manage all the members inside the paper because all were in different sizes, and we had to make sure that the sheet of paper did not tear.
   At last 2 teams played it well by carrying their members in their shoulders.
                                          It was a funny and interesting activity.We learned qualities such as Team Work,Time Management,How to execute the plans,How to strategist a given task,C-operation,Endurance,Helping Others from this activity.
